At Beauty CPR, we take pride in delivering luxury beauty and wellness products you can trust. Because our items include cosmetics, fragrances, ingestible supplements, and personal care products, we maintain a strict hygiene-focused return policy to protect the health and safety of all customers.

All Sales Are Final

For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or unsealed products. This includes:

  • Skincare & wellness items (Collagen Shots, ACV Gummies, Aloe Glow, Radiant Mind, etc.)

  • Fragrances

  • Cosmetics and lip products

  • Any product where the packaging seal has been broken

Due to industry regulations and hygiene standards, these items cannot be reused, restocked, or resold.

Returns for Unopened Items (Case-by-Case)

We may, at our discretion, accept a return only if the item is completely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

If approved, the customer will receive:

  • Store credit only (no refunds to original payment methods)

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Please include your order number and photos of the unopened product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product:

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery at shopbeautycpr@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Photos of packaging, if relevant

We will replace the item at no additional cost if approved.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned under any conditions:

  • Supplements or ingestible products (ACV Gummies, Radiant Mind, Collagen Shots, Aloe Glow, etc.)

  • Lip products

  • Fragrances

  • Any opened or used product

  • Sale or promotional items

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
Once the order has begun processing, we cannot modify or cancel it.
